Chateau Lagorce is a family run business by the Holmes family, My French Culinary School is the brainchild of myself Edward Holmes – a gourmet of fine wines and great food. My idea is to teach the local philosophy of pairing the right food with the right wine….. obviously living and running the classes out of Bordeaux means we will be discovering together the joys of pairing great Bordeaux wines with great traditional French dishes.
To help us along this journey we will be guided by someone at the forefront of the culinary teaching profession -Celebrity Chef Valentina Harris. Along with some of her celeb chef and sommelier friends.
Taking care of front of house and guest relations (you guys!!) will be Joce Berg – from the day you arrive until your sad departure from Lagorce Joce will be there.
